Overview
Wekano rubberized bitumen is a polymer-modified waterproofing coating that forms a tough, flexible layer protecting structures from water leaks, extending building life and reducing future maintenance costs.
This grade is modified with 5% SBR polymer: suitable for footings and foundations; excellent protection against moisture and salts. It is supplied in a 15 L pail and is manufactured at an ISO 9001:2008 certified plant.

Application Guide

Surface preparation
The concrete surface must be clean, sound and free of dust, oil, grease and loose particles.

Mixing
Stir the contents well before use until the material is homogeneous.

Application
Apply cold by brush, roller or spray in uniform coats, working the material into pores and hairline cracks.

Second coat
Apply the next coat crosswise after the first coat has dried to achieve full, continuous coverage.
