Overview
WF-9423 is a high-strength glass fiber mesh with SBR-latex coating that protects it against alkaline influences. The open 9 × 9 mm leno weave allows mortar to penetrate fully for a strong bond.
The handy 16.5 cm × 50 m roll is easy to carry and cut, making it the preferred choice for sensitive areas such as joints between concrete structure and blockwork and around openings.

Application Guide

First layer
Apply the first coat of plaster or waterproofing material at a suitable thickness while it is still wet.

Embed the mesh
Lay the mesh over the wet layer and press it in with a trowel until the mortar comes through the openings.

Overlap
Overlap adjacent strips by at least 10 cm to avoid cracks at the joints.

Final layer
Apply the second and final coat directly over the mesh and smooth it until the mesh is fully covered.
